We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join their operation.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation, installation, servicing, and maintenance of fruit juice dispenser systems. The equipment ranges from free-standing dispensers to plumbed-in commercial dispense systems installed at customer sites. This is a varied field-based role that combines installation work, preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and customer support.

- Install and commission fruit juice dispensing equipment at customer premises \n
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, cleaning, and calibration \n
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults \n
- Replace defective components and ensure equipment is operating efficiently \n
- Provide customers with guidance on the correct operation and maintenance of equipment \n
- Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately \n
- Manage spare parts, tools, and vehicle stock effectively \n
- Ensure all work complies with food hygiene, electrical, and health & safety regulations \n
- Travel regularly within your designated territory, with occasional overnight stays where required \n
- Support the wider engineering team with additional service activities as needed \n
About You
\n- \n
- At least 2 years’ experience in a field service, appliance repair, or foodservice equipment environment. \n
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. \n
- The ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. \n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. \n
- A self-motivated and organised approach to work. \n
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. \n
- A full UK driving licence with a good driving record. \n
- The ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50lbs) and work across a variety of commercial environments. \n
- Experience working with beverage dispensers, coffee machines, or similar foodservice equipment would be highly advantageous, although not essential. \n
