Job Description

Our client has been established since the 1980’s and due to ongoing success require an experienced IFA Administrator.

\n

They offer either office based or hybrid working and a competitive salary.

\n

Role: Client Servicing Administrator

\n

Relevant Skills and Knowledge

\n

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

\n

Knowledge or experience of IFA/Financial Services products and basic understanding of FCA regulatory framework.

\n

NB; On the job Training and Support will be offered and provided regarding systems, procedures, tools and IO (back office database) to enable candidate to meet responsibilities and duties.

\n

General Responsibilities and Duties

\n

Description of the role:

\n

The main responsibility will be to work closely with 3 financial advisers to achieve and meet their FCA regulatory obligations with regards to ongoing client commitments/servicing.

\n

Making sure post meeting tasks are completed. Including, updating of MI data and information.

\n

Attend and assist during client meetings with information gathering and clarification of existing information to enable delivery of advice and recommendations.

\n

Responsible for ensuring client files are up to date, including any o/s information or details missing from existing files.

\n

Passing on gathered and collated data onto various stakeholders within the advice process such as the Administration Team and Paraplanners.

\n

Overall responsibility for managing the whole ongoing review process.

\n

Ensure all dealings with customers are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.

\n

Updating Factfinds and IO (back office) generally, including tasks and notes.

\n

Assist with ad-hocs tasks and requests as they appear.

\n

Experience:

\n

Essential – High School Education

\n

Desirable – University Degree

\n

\n

Key skills:

\n

Good communications skills are essential.

\n

Attention to detail.

\n

Analytical ability. Be able to decipher what data is relevant.

\n

Flexibility and adaptability – dealing with various clients and scenarios which vary in many ways.

\n

Motivated individual, self-starter.

\n

Maturity to appreciate the significance the role has on the whole Ongoing Advisory process.

\n
