🚨 Court of Protection Solicitor | NQ–3 PQE | Swindon | Hybrid

If you're a junior Court of Protection Solicitor (or looking to move into the area), this is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected specialist teams.

You'll be joining a department that's recognised by both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of Property & Financial

\n

Affairs Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts. It's a team that genuinely invests in its junior lawyers, giving you the support to develop while trusting you with meaningful responsibility from the outset.

💼 What you'll be doing:

\n


\n

• Managing and assisting on Property & Financial Affairs Deputyship matters.

\n

• Preparing Court of Protection applications and annual Deputy Reports.

\n

• Supporting clients with the day-to-day management of their financial affairs, including property transactions and budgeting.

\n

• Assisting with Personal Injury Trusts.

\n

• Working closely with clients, families, case managers, healthcare professionals and financial advisers.

\n

• Developing your own caseload with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

\n


\n

👤 About you:

\n


\n

You'll be a Solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE and either have Court of Protection experience already or be looking to specialise in the area. Above all, you'll enjoy building relationships with clients and want to develop your career within a highly regarded team.
