THE OPPORTUNITY

\n

Be the number two in one of our flagship Central London centres. Own the standards, support the team, and learn to run the building as your own. £40,000-£45,000 plus up to 25% site bonus, with a real, supported path to Operations Director within 2-3 years.

\n

This is the role that develops future General Managers. You partner with the GM on every aspect of the business, and when they're not in the building, you're the one leading it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

\n

%B8; Champion centre standards. Impeccable presentation and exceptional service, day in, day out.

\n

%B8; Support and lead the team. On-site staff management, mentoring, 1-2-1s and development plans.

\n

%B8; Deputise for your manager. Step up and run the centre confidently when needed.

\n

%B8; Support the commercials. Revenue tracking, budget monitoring and helping review the site P&L.

\n

%B8; Drive renewals and service reviews. Track renewals, prepare paperwork and help keep clients delighted.

\n

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

%B8; Flexible and hands-on. You step in wherever the centre needs, including for the GM.
