Job Description
Our client are a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in London.

Due to expanding team and work load, require a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
\n
\n
You must have:-
\n
\n - 7 years' experience within the construction industry as a quantity surveyor
\n - BSC, MSc or HND qualification (or equivalent)
\n - The Senior Surveyor has experienced dealing with the client and contractors on a frequent basis
\n - Has been the main point of contact on regular projects
\n - Experience with JCT & NEC Contracts
\n
\n
\n
Salary £100k-120k+package dependent on experience
\n
\n
Or £600 - 700p/d inside IR35
\n
\n
They are also in the market for Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyors.
\n
\n
You must live in the UK as this is an immediate opportunity
\n
\n
To be considered, you must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting!!!
