About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading global eCommerce business that is rapidly expanding its logistics and fulfilment network across Europe.

As part of this growth, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations & Logistics Solutions Manager to lead large-scale warehouse operations, optimise fulfilment performance, and design scalable logistics solutions across the European network.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of warehouse and logistics solutions to improve efficiency, scalability and operational performance.
\n
• Drive warehouse network optimisation, fulfilment expansion and capacity planning initiatives across Europe.
\n
• Lead warehouse setup, greenfield launches and warehouse expansion projects.
\n
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable operational solutions.
\n
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse partners.
\n
• Develop, monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, service quality and customer experience.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimisation and operational excellence.
\n
• Support warehouse automation, WMS optimisation and innovative logistics solutions.
\n
• Analyse operational performance and implement data-driven improvements across warehouse operations.
\n

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

\n
• 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment or logistics.
\n
• Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse or fulfilment operations.
\n
• Strong experience within high-volume eCommerce or marketplace logistics.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse setup (0→1), greenfield warehouse launches, expansion or scaling warehouse operations.
\n
• Experience managing multi-site warehouse operations.
\n
• Strong experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
\n
• Proven track record of improving warehouse productivity, efficiency and operational performance.
\n
• Experience developing and managing operational KPIs and SLAs.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
\n
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
\n

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:

• End-to-end warehouse setup (0→1) and fulfilment centre launches.
\n
• Warehouse network optimisation and expansion.
\n
• Multi-site warehouse operations across Europe.
\n
• Warehouse automation and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
\n
• High-volume fulfilment environments.
\n
• Capacity planning and operational scaling.
\n
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
\n
• eCommerce platform or marketplace logistics operations.
\n
