Production Planner

As our Production Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality products to our high-profile clients.

In this dynamic role, you will coordinate with multiple departments to plan materials, oversee work-in-progress, and ensure timely delivery of products. Your expertise will help us maintain seamless operations, from materials planning to inventory management, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

\n
• At least 3 years’ experience as a planner in a manufacturing environment
\n
• Proficiency with MRP tools (SAP or IFS preferred)
\n
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
\n
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Good computer literacy skills
\n

Nice to Have Skills:

\n
• Experience managing small or medium manufacturing teams
\n
• Prior experience with supply chain coordination
\n
• Familiarity with system change notices and build status updates
\n

Preferred Education and Experience:

\n
• Degree qualification, preferably in a relevant subject area
\n
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
\n
• A-Level education in relevant subjects
\n

Other Requirements:

\n
• Resided in the UK for the last 5 years to meet security clearance eligibility (SC clearance preferred)
\n
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
\n
• Willingness to support health, safety, and environmental policies
\n
