Senior Compliance Analyst

I'm pleased to be supporting a well-established insurance organisation who are seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join its Risk & Compliance function in London. Working as part of a high-performing team, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's compliance framework, regulatory obligations, conduct risk management and corporate governance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty initiatives
\n
• Preparing compliance reports and papers for senior committees and Boards
\n
• Monitoring regulatory developments and supporting implementation of regulatory change
\n
• Supporting compliance monitoring activities across financial crime, licensing, and underwriting controls
\n
• Managing FCA and Lloyd's regulatory returns and reporting requirements
\n
• Reviewing and enhancing compliance policies, procedures and controls.
\n

The successful candidate must have:

• Strong understanding of FCA, PRA and Lloyd's regulatory requirements
\n
• Experience interpreting and implementing regulatory change
\n
• Excellent report writing and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Confident presenting compliance matters to senior management
\n
