Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships?

We're working with a fantastic business in Shipley that's looking for a Customer Account Executive to become the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring a seamless experience from order through to delivery.

In this role you'll:

• Build and develop strong customer relationships.

• Manage customer accounts and oversee the full order process.

• Work closely with production, logistics and finance teams.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure a first-class customer experience.

• Analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities and trends.

• Support new customer onboarding and account growth.

We're looking for someone with experience in customer account management, sales administration, internal sales or customer service who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
