An innovative, publicly listed clean technology business is seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer / Interim General Counsel to join on an initial 6-month project, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

Working closely with the executive team, you'll provide commercially focused legal advice across strategic projects, international commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory matters, risk management and business-critical initiatives.

We're looking for a qualified lawyer with significant in-house experience, ideally gained within the renewable energy, clean technology or wider energy sector. Experience supporting international manufacturing and global supply chains is highly desirable, particularly where products are manufactured overseas and distributed into multiple international markets. Exposure to cross-border commercial agreements, procurement, logistics and international regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be commercially minded, pragmatic and confident operating autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
