We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Fire, Health and Safety Risk Advisor to join a growing team. This is a hybrid role combining on-site client work with home-based report writing and occasional office support.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality Health & Safety and Fire Risk services to clients, including assessments, audits, training, and expert advice—ensuring compliance and promoting best practice across a variety of environments.

The Fire, Health and Safety Risk Advisor will be responsible for:

• Conduct Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments and Compliance Audits at client site
\n
• Deliver professional training sessions using company materials
\n
• Produce clear, detailed, and high-quality reports highlighting risks and recommendations
\n
• Provide technical advice, guidance, and support to clients
\n
• Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
\n

  The Fire, Health and Safety Risk Advisor will have:

  \n
  \n
  • Qualified to Level 4 or above in Fire Safety and/or Health & Safety
  \n
  • (Level 3 candidates with strong experience and willingness to upskill will be considered)
  \n
  • Members of a relevant professional body (e.g. IOSH, IFSM, IFE)
  \n
  • Experienced conducting Fire Risk Assessments in residential property
  \n
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and report-writing skills
  \n
  • Flexible and comfortable travelling to sites regularly
  \n
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
