The Role: Senior Project Manager

Salary: up to £80,000

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic client-side environment, delivering a varied portfolio of projects across a high-profile mixed-use estate.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, spanning retail, hospitality and office fit-outs alongside longer-term development initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering projects, with the autonomy to influence outcomes and drive progress in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, programme, budget and quality standards
\n
• Manage a diverse portfolio including fit-outs, refurbishments and development schemes
\n
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers and consultants
\n
• Support design development, planning applications and stakeholder engagement
\n
• Oversee project governance including reporting, risk management and programme tracking
\n
• Manage external consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure successful delivery
\n
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support collaboration and project success
\n
• Contribute to a flexible, team-oriented environment where priorities can evolve
\n

About You

\n
• Proven experience delivering projects across commercial property, retail, office fit-out or development environments
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
• Experience managing budgets, programmes, risks and commercial decisions
\n
• Confident coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary teams
\n
• Able to lead projects through the full lifecycle from concept to handover
\n
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
\n
• Collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
\n

Experience & Qualifications

\n
• Background in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role
\n
• Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, APM or similar)
\n
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and commercial management
\n
• Experience within client-side, consultancy or construction environments is advantageous
\n
• Exposure to planning processes, design coordination or refurbishment projects is beneficial
\n
