The Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will support growth initiatives across the EMEA region through data-driven insight and strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse subscriber acquisition, retention, churn, and lifetime value trends.
\n
• Deliver commercial insights that support customer growth and business performance.
\n
• Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and regional teams.
\n
• Present findings and recommendations to senior decision-makers.
\n
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions that communicate performance effectively.
\n
• Support experimentation and analytical projects focused on subscriber growth.
\n
• Contribute to the development of analytics best practices and AI-enabled ways of working.
\n

Your Skills & Experience

\n
• Strong SQL skills with experience working with large datasets.
\n
• Experience in customer analytics, subscriber analytics, CRM analytics, or growth analytics.
\n
• Strong understanding of acquisition, retention, churn, and lifetime value metrics.
\n
• Experience with data visualisation and dashboard development.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to translate analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
\n
• Comfortable influencing and challenging senior stakeholders where appropriate.
