Programme Administrator
\nTemporary contract until September 2026
\n£19.92 per hour (PAYE)
\nCentral London (Hybrid), 35 hours per week

\nThe Role
\nYou’ll provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support across projects, meetings and academy workstreams. Working closely with senior leaders, members and internal teams, you’ll help ensure smooth delivery of programmes and efficient day‑to‑day operations.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Project & programme support across multiple workstreams \n
- Diary, travel and expenses coordination \n
- Meeting administration including agendas, minutes and action tracking \n
- Financial admin such as processing invoices, expenses and bookings \n
- Stakeholder communication with staff, members and external partners \n
- Supporting CRM use, document formatting and internal processes \n
- Contributing to continuous improvement across administrative systems \n
Experience:

- Strong background in administrative roles \n
- Confident building relationships at all levels \n
- Experience improving admin processes \n
- Excellent customer service skills \n

- Clear written and verbal communication \n
- Planning & prioritisation under tight deadlines \n
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and support multiple projects \n
- Minute‑taking and meeting support \n
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) \n
- Accurate data entry, invoice/expense processing \n
- High attention to detail \n
