We're looking for an experienced Family Care Programme Advisor to support our EMEA Family Care Programme, providing expert guidance on parenting leave policies, complex employee cases, and multi-country HR processes.

What you'll be doing

    \n
  • Acting as the specialist advisor for complex family care and parenting leave cases across EMEA.
  • \n
  • Managing sensitive employee cases with accuracy, discretion, and a strong compliance focus.
  • \n
  • Providing guidance on country-specific policies and cross-border leave requirements.
  • \n
  • Supporting stakeholders, HR teams, and programme initiatives across the region.
  • \n
  • Contributing to process improvements and maintaining up-to-date programme resources.
  • \n

What you'll bring

  • Strong HR advisory experience within an EMEA environment.
  • \n
  • Previous experience managing complex and sensitive employee relations or leave cases.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of EMEA leave legislation and multi-country HR processes.
  • \n
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate setting.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
  • \n
