We are looking for an experienced Associate Architect to join an award winning architecture practice in London.

Working as part of an established leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional private residential and hospitality projects, leading talented project teams and helping grow an exciting portfolio of work. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious architect looking to combine design leadership with client management, business development and studio leadership.

The Role

\n

This is a senior role within a collaborative and design led studio, offering the opportunity to lead prestigious private residential projects from concept through to completion.

\n


\n

Working closely with clients, consultants and senior leadership, you'll oversee project delivery, mentor architects across the studio and contribute to winning new work. Alongside project leadership, you'll play an active role in strengthening client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the residential sector.

Responsibilities

    \n
  • Lead the design and delivery of exceptional private residential and hospitality projects across all RIBA stages.
  • \n
  • Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • \n
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and design direction.
  • \n
  • Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to the highest standard.
  • \n
  • Support business development activities, including bids, presentations and client engagement.
  • \n
  • Take responsibility for project programming, financial performance and commercial success.
  • \n
  • Contribute to studio leadership and the continued growth of the residential team.
  • \n
  • Champion design quality, technical excellence and attention to detail across every project.
  • \n

Requirements

\n
    \n
  • Qualified Architect with significant experience within a UK architecture practice.
  • \n
  • Strong experience delivering exceptional bespoke private residential projects.
  • \n
  • Experience leading projects across all RIBA work stages.
  • \n
  • Excellent design, technical and presentation skills.
  • \n
  • Proven experience managing clients, consultants and project teams.
  • \n
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and programme delivery.
  • \n
  • Experience supporting business development and work-winning activities, including bids and client presentations.
  • \n
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, AutoCAD and NBS.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
  • \n
