Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Advisor - £13.04 per hour (Immediate start)

Do you love talking to people and solving problems? We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused advisors to join our team on a temporary basis, helping us manage a high volume of customer enquiries. No experience needed - just the right attitude and full training will get you started.

Duration: 4 weeks initially, with potential for extension

Location: Whitley, Yorkshire (fully onsite)

Hours: Full time, 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday

Pay: £13.04 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering incoming customer enquiries and making outgoing calls (no cold calling - all enquiry-based)
\n
• Helping us work through and clear a backlog of customer requests
\n
• Delivering brilliant customer service on every call
\n
• Getting to grips with our systems and processes (we'll train you!)
\n
• Pitching in as part of a friendly, supportive team
\n

What We're Looking For

• Great customer service instincts
\n
• Someone who picks things up quickly and isn't afraid to ask questions

• A real team player who's happy to muck in
\n
• Available full time, onsite, for the full duration
\n

Experience isn't essential - we're just as interested in your approach and attitude. This could be a great opportunity for a sharp, proactive graduate looking to get stuck into their first role, or anyone ready for a fresh challenge.

One Thing to Know

Because you'll have access to customer data, you'll need a DBS check completed within the last 3 months.
