Position Overview

The Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice to a diverse client base, ranging from FTSE 100 companies to private individuals, on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on site acquisitions, disposals, and property management

• Handle real estate finance transactions for banks and investors

• Negotiate and draft leases, development agreements, and funding agreements

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate law

• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters and lease extensions

• Experience advising landowners, developers, and local authorities on development schemes

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
