Job Description

Pensions Trustee Consultant | London | Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

\n

\n

This is your opportunity to join a well established, independent supplier of pensions secretariat and trusteeship services looking to expand their consulting team.

\n

\n

This business works at the heart of some of the most complex decisions employers and trustee boards face, from governance and strategy through to member outcomes, combining pensions, employee benefits, HR, and strategic consulting expertise to deliver practical, common-sense solutions.

\n

\n

What you'll be doing:

\n

\n

You'll own good governance across a portfolio of clients, with real scope to shape how those relationships are run, including:

\n

\n
    \n
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing consulting support and building lasting client relationships
  • \n
  • Running secretariat services, from meeting management to minute production
  • \n
  • Driving governance projects across a varied and growing client base
  • \n
  • Managing invoicing, processing, and annual scheme budgets
  • \n
  • Keeping accurate time-cost records to support the billing cycle
  • \n
  • Earning trust through proactive, sharp delivery, every time
  • \n
\n

\n

You'll also get stuck into wider governance projects, so if you enjoy juggling priorities and delivering under pressure with diplomacy, this is the role for you.

\n

\n

  • \n
  • Pensions Regulator Toolkit Certificate to be completed within one year of joining
  • \n
