HR Administrator
\n£14.00 hourly Rate PAYE
\nCardiff (Onsite)
\n12 Month Contract
\nOur client is currently searching for a HR Administrator to join their team onsite in their Cardiff office! If you are interested, please do not hesitate to apply!
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Provide Human Resources administrative support to the HR team and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices. \n
- Provide administration support to all HR activities including resourcing, attendance management, disciplinary, grievances, compensation and organisational change. Investigate and provide support where required on individual employee case management. \n
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure effective resolution of employee cases and queries. \n
- Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information. \n
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting e.g. headcount, absence reporting, benefits reporting etc. \n
- Support the maintenance of HR activity on SAP \n
- Assist in the induction process for new starters and support the administrative tasks associated with starters, leavers, transfers and exit interviews. \n
- Support with annual leave uploads and year-round maintenance of leave cards \n
- Conduct data validation checks in set timescales to ensure that the data held is accurate and up to date. \n
- Work in close collaboration and form strong relationships with our people and stakeholders. \n
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures. \n
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as and when they may be necessary. \n
Skills / Experience:
\n- \n
- Demonstrable HR Administrative experience \n
- Some experience of administering employee changes across the life cycle within a busy HR team \n
- Strong administrative experience working in a corporate environment \n
- Good writing skills, articulating complex ideas in an easy to understand manner. \n
- Experience at an advanced level using Microsoft Office \n
- Good level of Excel application to analyse data; \n
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise. \n
- Analytical and problem solver \n
- Approachable, a clear communicator and strong relationship building skills. \n
- Ability to work as part of a team, proactively and continuously learning through observation, discussion and networking. \n
- Deal calmly and effectively with changing priorities. This includes continuing to persevere and remaining calm in challenging or frustrating circumstances. \n
Desired Characteristics

- Previous experience of SAP, OHR and Workday would be advantageous. \n
- Demonstrable experience of using Oracle to input data and generate reports \n
- Working knowledge of UK Employment Law \n
- Professional approach, good judgment, creative problem-solver. \n
- Possessing the personal drive and commitment to implement innovative solutions. \n
- A self-starter able to work on own initiative and well in a team environment. \n
