The Role

We're looking for an experienced Change and Process Lead to drive the successful delivery and adoption of business change across a complex organisation. Working within a Process Excellence function, you'll lead change initiatives, ensuring new processes, systems, and ways of working are effectively embedded and deliver lasting business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver change strategies using PROSCI or equivalent methodologies.
  • \n
  • Lead change across large transformation programmes.
  • \n
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
  • \n
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • \n
  • Develop communications, training, and adoption plans.
  • \n
  • Monitor change readiness, adoption, and benefits.
  • \n
  • Identify and mitigate change risks.
  • \n
  • Support leaders in driving successful organisational change.
  • \n
\n

About You

\n


\n

Essential

\n
    \n
  • PROSCI Change Practitioner (or equivalent).
  • \n
  • Proven experience leading change within large transformation programmes.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Experience delivering change strategies, training, and readiness activities.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of process improvement and operational change.
  • \n
\n

Desirable

\n
    \n
  • Experience within Process or Operational Excellence.
  • \n
  • Lean or Six Sigma knowledge.
  • \n
  • Insurance experience is a MUST
  • \n
\n
