Gas Compliance Manager
\nSouth West | Interim Contract | £600 - £650 per day | Hybrid
\nDawson Jones Recruitment is supporting an organisation in the South West with the appointment of an experienced Gas Compliance Manager on an interim basis.
\nThis is a key interim leadership role responsible for leading the delivery of gas compliance and heating services across a substantial property portfolio. Managing both people and programmes, you will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance obligations are met whilst delivering safe, effective and customer-focused services.
\nReporting into senior leadership, you will provide operational leadership across gas safety compliance, heating programmes and quality assurance activities, driving high standards of performance, service delivery and continuous improvement across the function.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership across gas safety compliance, servicing programmes and quality assurance activities. \n
- Managing statutory gas servicing performance, compliance data and no-access procedures. \n
- Leading on heating installation and boiler replacement programmes, ensuring works are delivered safely and compliantly. \n
- Managing gas safety auditing programmes and ensuring remedial actions are appropriately identified and implemented. \n
- Acting as a subject matter expert on gas safety, advising senior stakeholders on compliance and regulatory requirements. \n
- Managing performance and ensuring works are delivered in line with legislative and organisational standards. \n
- Driving a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across services. \n
- Maintaining clear reporting, governance and communication of gas compliance performance. \n
- Ensuring compliance with current gas safety legislation and associated regulatory requirements. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Strong experience delivering gas compliance programmes within social housing or similarly regulated environments. \n
- Extensive knowledge of the Gas Safety regulations and associated legislation. \n
- Experience managing gas servicing contracts, contractor performance and compliance programmes. \n
- Experience leading quality assurance and risk-based auditing activities. \n
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively where required. \n
- Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills. \n
- A full UK driving licence. \n
- Relevant ACS qualifications and Gas Safe registration, or the qualifications required to obtain registration. \n
