IT Project Manager Consultant - Office Relocation

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead all technology aspects of a major office relocation project.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all IT and AV workstreams from planning through to post-move support.
Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and status reports.
Coordinate internal teams, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and telecoms providers.
Manage telecoms delivery, including wayleave agreements, internet connectivity, and carrier provisioning.
Oversee IT infrastructure and AV installations, ensuring they are delivered on time and to specification.
Track project budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Report progress, risks, and issues to senior IT leadership, including the CIO.
Support supplier selection, procurement activities, and RFP processes.
Ensure all systems are tested, commissioned, and operational before office occupation.

Required Experience

Proven IT Project Management experience delivering office relocation, workplace transformation, or fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of telecoms infrastructure, fibre connectivity, ISPs, and wayleave processes.
Experience managing third-party suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives.
Budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
