Residential Conveyancer

About the Opportunity

Join a highly respected law firm with over 100 years of history and a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied residential property caseload and support the continued growth of a successful Residential Property team.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

• Minimum 2+ years' PQE within Residential Conveyancing

• Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Knowledge of remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions

• Experience working within CQS protocols preferred

• Strong client care and communication skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members beneficial

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion

• Handling a broad mix of freehold and leasehold matters

• Advising clients throughout the transaction process

• Liaising with agents, lenders and other stakeholders

• Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team development

• Assisting with business development and client relationship management
