Shared Services Manager

Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a truly global manufacturing organisation located close to Croydon on a Hybrid basis (Minimum 3 days PW in the office) who are seeking to recruit a Shared Service Manager.

This is an award winning and market leading organisation.

Duties will include

\n
• Manage the invoice analyst group in various locations across the International region
\n
• Lead a team of 15 across the UK and EMEA/APAC regions
\n
• Maintain the robust standardized invoicing process across all Service Centres and business units
\n
• Maintain a standard invoicing process worldwide
\n
• Work with Service Centre Management to increase the timeliness and accuracy of the maintenance invoices
\n
• Establish a governance that helps meet or exceed key performance indicators related to invoicing process
\n
• Provide regular governance to Management to escalate major challenges and invoicing risks to drive invoicing behaviours
\n
• Prioritize, schedule and coordinate the invoicing needed at month-end for the worldwide organization to meet its financial targets
\n
• Stakeholder engagement
\n

You will have the following skill set

\n
• Extensive line management of large sized teams across both UK and offshore
\n
• Strong financial modelling and background in Invoices from a Aerospace, engineering, manufacturing background (With a physical product)
\n
• Previous experience of building best in class teams
\n
• Track record in streamlining and developing processes
\n
• Stakeholder engagement at a Senior level both external and internal
\n
