Senior Business Architect

We are working with an organisation undergoing a major, multi-year transformation programme and they're looking for an experienced Senior Business Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Business Design & Architecture function, where you'll help build and lead a high-performing Business Architecture practice from the ground up. You'll have the chance to influence enterprise-wide transformation, establish best practice, and lead a team of Business Architects delivering change across people, process, technology, data and operating models.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a team of Business Architects

Building and embedding a Business Architecture practice, frameworks and methodologies

Designing and assuring transformation solutions across complex change programmes

Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and professional services partners

Driving operational excellence and future-ready business capabilities

We're looking for someone with:

Extensive senior-level Business Architecture experience within large, complex organisations

Experience building or maturing Business Architecture capabilities and practices

Strong people leadership and team development experience

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience delivering transformation across business, technology and operating model change

Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential
