Buyer (Automotive/Motorsport)

£35,000 - £40,000 + 33 Days Holidays + Training & Development + Private Medical + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Burton Upon Trent, Derby, Uttoxeter, Loughborough, Nottingham, Coalville. Other locations will also be considered.

Do you have previous experience in a Buying/Procurement or similar level role and are looking for a role offering further training and technical development within a specialist automotive company?

In this role you will work as a Buyer within a specialist automotive company well known for their continued employee development.

The company are at the forefront of their industry and design and manufacture specialist automotive products for tier 1 clients. Due to the launch of new products and ambitious growth plans they are now looking to expand headcount.

This role would suit someone with around 2 or 3 years experience in a buying/procurement or similar level role looking for a long-term permanent position offering further technical development.

The Role:

• Working as a Buyer within a specialist Automotive/Motorsport company
\n
• Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Liaising with suppliers, ensuring parts are sourced ready for projects, sourcing, documentation, costings and stock, negotiations and much more.

• Days-based (Monday – Friday) (8am – 4pm)
\n
• Further technical training and development
\n

The Person:

• Previous experience in a Buying/Procurement/Supply Chain or similar level role
\n
• You will have some initial experience in one of the following industries; Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace, Rail or similar
\n
• Looking for a long term permanent position
