The team acts for commercial landlords, local authorities, combined authorities and a range of private sector clients, providing excellent exposure to different asset types and project work.\n
\nAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn and committed to developing a long-term career in Building Surveying.\n
\n
\nIdeally you'll have:\n
\n

\n
• A degree in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited)
\n
• Around 6 months to 1 year's experience within a Building Surveying consultancy
\n
• Already enrolled on your APC, or looking to begin the APC process in the near future
\n
• A genuine ambition to achieve MRICS status
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on responsibility
\n
• A full UK driving licence
\n
