\nAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn and committed to developing a long-term career in Building Surveying.\n

\nIdeally you'll have:\n

- A degree in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited) \n
- Around 6 months to 1 year's experience within a Building Surveying consultancy \n
- Already enrolled on your APC, or looking to begin the APC process in the near future \n
- A genuine ambition to achieve MRICS status \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills \n
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on responsibility \n
- A full UK driving licence \n

- Salary of £30,000 - £38,000 depending on experience \n
- Structured APC programme with dedicated mentoring from Chartered Surveyors \n
- Support and guidance to achieve MRICS status \n
