Technical Consultant

An exciting opportunity has come up to join a forward thinking, growing legal software consultancy as a technical consultant. The main purpose of this role is to deliver successful software implementations and integrations and communicate clearly and effectively with customers.

Main duties

• Configuring software and integrating with customer system
\n
• Contributing to implementation workshop
\n
• Producing technical documentation and handover material
\n
• Gathering requirements and converting them into technical task
\n
• Troubleshooting issues and arranging resolution
\n
• Building and documenting SQL migration
\n
• Communicating decisions and technical risks clearly to customer
\n
• Analysing data sources and defining transformation rules
\n

Skills and experience required

\n
• Strong experience delivering software implementations
\n
• Advanced SQL skills.
\n
• Previous demonstrable data quality and data migration work.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft.Net, ASP.Net and C#.
\n
• Legal technology or information governance experience.
\n
