Architects for AJ100 Practice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for several talented ARB Architects to join one of the UK's leading practices based in Central London.

The practice offers the chance to work on a range of high-profile hotel and commercial projects, contributing to schemes from concept through to delivery. You’ll be part of a collaborative team in a studio known for its excellent design and strong technical excellence. Candidates with experience running packages are preferred.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead and support the delivery of hotel and commercial projects across all RIBA stages
\n
• Produce high-quality design and technical packages using Revit
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients
\n
• Contribute to design development, planning submissions, and construction information
\n
• Attend meetings and help coordinate project teams
\n
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
\n

Requirements:

\n
• ARB registered Architect with proven UK project experience
\n
• 1-3 years post ARB experience
\n
• Proficiency in Revit and good knowledge of BIM
\n
• Sound technical knowledge and detailing ability
\n
• Experience or desire to run packages
\n
• Experience across multiple RIBA stages, particularly delivery
\n
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
\n
• The right to live and work in the UK
\n
