QHSF Administrator
\nLocation: Oxford
\nSalary: Around £35,000 (Flexible depending on experience)
\nThe Opportunity
\nWe're looking for a QHSF Administrator to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business, supporting the Quality, Health & Safety and Facilities functions.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in Quality, Health & Safety or Compliance Administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, managing documentation and helping drive continuous improvement across the business.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nQuality
\n- \n
- Maintain and control Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. \n
- Support the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions and quality records. \n
- Assist with supplier quality documentation and goods-in inspection records. \n
- Produce quality reports and KPI data for management. \n
- Support internal and external quality audits. \n
- Maintain document control procedures and ensure records remain accurate and up to date. \n
Health & Safety
\n- \n
- Maintain Health & Safety documentation, policies and procedures. \n
- Assist with Risk Assessments, training records and competency matrices. \n
- Coordinate Health & Safety documentation to ensure legislative compliance. \n
- Support the administration of near-miss reporting and corrective actions. \n
- Help organise Health & Safety meetings and monitor follow-up actions. \n
Facilities
\n- \n
- Support the administration of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules. \n
- Maintain contractor documentation, RAMS and statutory compliance records. \n
- Assist with facilities-related compliance, maintenance records and environmental documentation. \n
- Ensure site records are maintained and readily available for audit purposes. \n
About You
\nWe're looking for someone who has experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment and enjoys being organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
\nIdeally you'll have:
\n- \n
- Previous experience in a Quality, QHSE, HSE or Compliance Administration role. \n
- Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment. \n
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). \n
- Understanding of Health & Safety documentation and compliance. \n
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. \n
- Experience using SAP or another ERP system would be advantageous. \n
- The ability to read engineering drawings would be beneficial but is not essential. \n
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. \n
