Job Title: Project Manager (Public Sector)
\nLocation: Marlow (Hybrid)
\nSalary: up to £45,000
\nPeaple Talent is partnering with a growing telecommunications and connectivity business that delivers large-scale network, voice, and security solutions across the public sector. As the organisation continues its growth journey, they are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer-facing projects across Local Government, Education, and Central Government environments.
\nWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment, managing multiple project streams, driving delivery excellence, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
\nWhat You'll Bring
\n• Proven experience in a Project Manager role delivering complex customer projects
\n• Demonstrable experience managing large-scale WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, IP, or security projects
\n• Experience managing project budgets, reporting, and financial performance
\n• Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans across multiple workstreams
\n• Experience managing customer contracts and ensuring contractual deliverables are achieved
\n• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at executive level
\n• Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n• PRINCE2 certification or willingness to work towards it.
\nNice to Have
\n• Experience working within public sector procurement frameworks
\n• Knowledge of SIP, telephony, Microsoft Teams-based routing, internet connectivity, or content filtering solutions
\n• Experience working with carrier providers including BT Wholesale, Openreach, Virgin Media, Neos Networks, or Gamma
\n• Experience within telecommunications, networking, or managed services environments
