Site Manager Required – Nottingham Tec-Source are recruiting for experienced Freelance Site Manager to join an upcoming project in Nottingham. Location: Nottingham Start Date: Monday 10th August 2026 Duration: Approximately 10–12 weeks Rate: Negotiable This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer and contractor specialising in light gauge steel framing (LGSF) and off-site construction solutions. The successful candidate will have: * '05; Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects * '05; Experience managing light gauge steel framing (LGSF) or similar construction projects (preferred) * '05; Valid SMSTS * '05; Valid CSCS Card * '05; Valid First Aid at Work * '05; Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills * '05; A good understanding of health & safety and site management procedures Apply if interested
