We're recruiting for a leading organisation seeking an SC Cleared ServiceNow Administrator to support the ongoing operational management of their ServiceNow CMBD environment.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB in a BAU environment.
\n
• Ensure CI accuracy and data quality.
\n
• Maintain new and updated service mappings.
\n
• Monitor and improve Discovery data quality.
\n
• Support the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE).
\n
• Participate in the CMDB working group.
\n
• Drive outcomes with CI Data Owners.
\n
• Produce CMDB reporting and governance metrics.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven experience administering ServiceNow CMDB.
\n
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB best practices.
\n
• Experience with CI data quality, Service Mapping and Discovery.
\n
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive data governance.
\n
• Active SC Clearance is essential, candidates without this will not be considered.
\n
