\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bristol that is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join its successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely alongside the Director, managing a varied and high-quality residential property caseload while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working model.\n

The Role\n
\n
\nAs a Residential Property Solicitor, you will work alongside the Director and be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.\n
\n
\nYour responsibilities will include:\n
\n
\nManaging your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.\n
\nHandling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.\n
\nManaging remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.\n
\nDelivering exceptional client service throughout every stage of the conveyancing process.\n
\nBuilding strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other property professionals.\n
\nEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.\n
\nAssisting with the continued growth and success of the residential property department.\n
\n
About You\n
\n
\nWe're looking for someone who has:\n
\n
\nA minimum of 5 years' PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor.\n
\nProven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently.\n
\nExcellent technical knowledge of residential property law.\n
\nOutstanding communication and client care skills.\n
\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.\n
\nA proactive and professional approach with excellent attention to detail.\n
\nThe ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with the Director and wider team.\n
