An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial and Corporate Disputes Paralegal to join a busy disputes team on an initial three-month fixed-term contract. The role will focus on disclosure review for a significant shareholder dispute, alongside legal research, drafting and wider case support.

- Conduct relevance and privilege reviews of disclosure documents. \n
- Assist with a large-scale disclosure exercise in ongoing litigation. \n
- Support solicitors and partners on an unfair prejudice petition. \n
- Carry out legal and factual research. \n
- Assist with drafting correspondence and legal documents. \n
- Review and analyse case materials. \n
- Maintain accurate records and matter documentation. \n
- Liaise with fee earners and wider case teams. \n
- Assist with preparation for hearings and case deadlines. \n
- Provide general support across ongoing litigation matters. \n
Profile
\n- \n
- Previous litigation paralegal experience is essential. \n
- Experience of document review and disclosure processes is required. \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to review large volumes of documents accurately. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines. \n
- Strong research and analytical ability. \n
- Available to start immediately. \n
- Ideally able to commit fully for the duration of the assignment. \n
- Full UK working rights are essential. \n
