About the Role

Responsive Personnel looking for Kiosk/Catering Assistants to join our match day team in Oxford (OX4). This is a flexible, ad hoc role, working during home games to provide excellent food and beverage service to supporters in a fast-paced stadium environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages to customers efficiently and professionally.
\n
• Operating tills and handling cash/card transactions accurately.
\n
• Preparing and replenishing food and drink items.
\n
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
\n
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
\n
• Assisting with stock replenishment throughout the event.
\n
• Following all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
\n
• Working effectively as part of a busy catering team.
\n

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible match day shifts.

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
\n
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
\n
• Previous catering, hospitality, or retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
