As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business. You'll lead, coach and motivate your team while ensuring every guest receives excellent food and service.
\nThis is a role for someone who isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up. You'll be comfortable supporting kitchen operations when needed, maintaining high food standards and ensuring the business consistently delivers an exceptional product.
General Manager - Responsibilities:\n- \n
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team \n
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations \n
- Take ownership of P&L performance and drive profitability \n
- Recruit, train and develop your people \n
- Maintain exceptional food safety and health & safety standards \n
- Manage stock, ordering and labour costs effectively \n
- Ensure outstanding customer service at every opportunity \n
- Work closely with both front and back of house to maintain operational excellence \n
You'll be an experienced Assistant Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Manager or Senior Hospitality Manager with experience in a fast-paced food business.
\nYou'll also have:

- Experience managing high-volume hospitality or QSR operations \n
- Confidence leading both FOH and BOH teams \n
- A passion for delivering consistently great food \n
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and P&L \n
- Excellent people management and coaching skills \n
- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to support wherever needed \n
- Good knowledge of food safety, compliance and operational standards \n
