FLT Driver - Flexi and Reach Truck

Location: Peterborough Area Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Full Time, Temp to Perm

My client is looking for a reliable and hardworking FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team. This is a varied role involving picking, packing, goods-in, stock control, dispatch and occasional production support.

This opportunity would suit someone with previous warehouse experience who holds both Flexi and Reach Forklift licences and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, check and pack customer orders.
\n
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
\n
• Move stock to the correct warehouse locations.
\n
• Assist with dispatch activities and carrier paperwork.
\n
• Carry out stock checks, audits and warehouse administration tasks.
\n
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies where required.
\n
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
\n
• Adhere to food safety, storage and distribution standards.
\n
• Support the production team when required.
\n
• Assist with the training of new team members.
\n

Essential Requirements

\n
• Previous warehouse experience.
\n
• Valid Flexi and Reach Forklift licences.
\n
• GCSE Maths and English - C or above (or equivalent).
\n
• Excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
\n
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
\n
• Self-motivated and reliable approach to work.
\n
