HR Manager

Salary: £60,000 plus company specific benefits Location: Reading (Hybrid)

Robert Walters is partnering with a growing international business to recruit an experienced HR Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This client will also potentially be able to consider candidates seeking part time work.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role supporting approximately 300 employees across the UK, USA, New Zealand, Germany and the Netherlands. Working closely with the HR Director, you'll lead day-to-day HR operations, provide expert employee relations support, oversee outsourced payroll and benefits, and partner with managers to deliver practical people solutions that support business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with managers on all HR and employee relations matters.
\n
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
\n
• Oversee outsourced payroll and benefits across multiple countries.
\n
• Maintain HR data and reporting through HiBob.
\n
• Support recruitment and onboarding across the business.
\n
• Drive HR process improvements and ensure compliance.
\n

About you:

\n
• Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
\n
• Strong employee relations experience.
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Experience overseeing payroll and working with HR systems (HiBob desirable).
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
\n
