As an Employment Professional Support Lawyer in Preston, you'll focus on providing expert legal support within a friendly and supportive employment team. Your role will ensure the smooth delivery of legal insights, resources and updates to support the team and enhance client services.

As an Employment Professional Support Lawyer your duties will include:

• Keeping the Employment team ahead of the curve on employment law updates.
\n
• Support Advisors with expert knowledge, guidance and resources.
\n
• Contribute to complex matters and help shape case strategy.
\n
• Create insightful content for clients, marketing and the website.
\n
• Deliver training and share best practice across the firm.
\n
• Help drive business development, thought leadership and profile-raising activity.
\n
• Maintain excellent client care, compliance and professional standards.
\n

Profile

A successful Employment Professional Support Lawyer should have at least 4 years experience in employment matters. Ideally you will have experience of delaing with public sector/education clients.
