Warehouse & Logistics CoordinatorLocation: NewportSalary: £34,500 per annum + Excellent BenefitsContract: Full-time, Permanent, Rotating Shift PatternThis role operates on a rotating 7-day shift pattern:Shift Pattern: You'll work a rotating 4 on, 2 off shift pattern covering weekdays and weekends. During your initial training period, you'll work alongside the team before moving onto the permanent shift rota. Weekday shifts are 8-hour shifts, rotating between 7:00am – 3:00pm (morning) and 11:00am – 7:00pm (afternoon). Weekend shifts are 7:00am – 3:00pm.\n

Full training will be provided before moving onto the permanent rota.The Role:We are recruiting for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join a successful manufacturing organisation in Newport. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, logistics coordination, SAP systems and stock control, supporting the smooth movement of raw materials and finished products across the business.You’ll work closely with production teams, transport providers and external warehouses to ensure materials are delivered on time, stock levels remain accurate and supply chain operations run efficiently.Duties:As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will:\n

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials and finished products.
\n
• Manage warehouse transactions and stock movements using SAP.
\n
• Support goods-in processes, inventory checks and stock accuracy.
\n
• Liaise with transport providers and external warehouse partners.
\n
• Prepare export documentation and support customs processes.
\n
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and logistics issues.
\n
• Ensure materials are available to support production requirements.
\n
• Support warehouse operations, including loading/unloading activities when required.
\n

About You:We’re looking for someone with experience in:\n

\n
• Warehouse, logistics, inventory or supply chain coordination.
\n
• Manufacturing or fast-paced operational environments.
\n
• SAP systems (SAP SD experience essential, SAP WM desirable).
\n
• Stock control and inventory management.
\n
• Import/export processes and documentation (advantageous).
\n
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
\n

A proactive attitude and the ability to work across multiple departments are key to success in this role.FLT experience/licence would be advantageous but not essential.Benefits & Package:\n
