The role

\n

This is a senior position with three clear strands: running quality work, growing the business, and building the team around you. You will:

  • A qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or senior conveyancer with deep experience in residential property law — registered and unregistered land, title checks, Land Registry applications and SDLT
  • \n
  • A confident drafter and negotiator of contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage documents
  • \n
  • A natural relationship-builder with estate agents and referral partners, with a track record of service excellence
  • \n
