\nAbout the Opportunity
\nWe are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of senior professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
\nThis is a varied and rewarding position where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team. You'll be trusted to manage competing priorities, build strong relationships across the business, and provide exceptional administrative and organisational support.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Provide proactive executive support to a number of senior stakeholders. \n
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and organise domestic and international travel. \n
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, presentations and take minutes where required. \n
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients and external contacts. \n
- Assist with business development activities, including events, marketing initiatives and maintaining professional networking platforms. \n
- Support the preparation of client communications, presentations, reports and other documentation. \n
- Coordinate client onboarding processes and maintain accurate records across internal systems. \n
- Assist with billing administration, expense processing and financial reporting. \n
- Monitor workflows, prioritise tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are consistently met. \n
- Work closely with shared service teams to coordinate document production and administrative support. \n
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism and client service at all times. \n
About You
\nWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy professional environment. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities while building positive working relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
\nYou'll ideally have:

- Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative experience within a professional services environment. \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities. \n
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work. \n
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. \n
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and use initiative. \n
- Strong IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and business systems. \n
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the wider team. \n
