\nAbout Enablis
\nAt Enablis, we deliver complex, high-impact technology transformation. We’re now building a genuinely AI-native consultancy, not just experimenting, but embedding AI into how we deliver, how we operate, and how we grow.
\nWe already have a live internal AI platform in development and a growing client pipeline. This hire is central to taking that capability to the next level.
\nThe Role
\nThis is a hands-on Engineering role. You’ll be the technical engine behind our AI capability, building production-grade AI solutions for both clients and internal use.

\nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\n- \n
- Owning and evolving our internal AI platform \n
- Building AI-powered client solutions: RAG pipelines, agent architectures, LLM integrations, protocol-driven tooling \n
- Designing internal AI tooling to accelerate delivery \n
- Leading advanced technical AI sessions within our upskilling programme \n
- Evaluating emerging AI tools, frameworks and protocols \n
- Supporting pragmatic AI adoption across engineering teams \n
What We’re Looking For
\nEssential:
\n- \n
- Strong software engineering foundations (clean code, testing, CI/CD, production mindset) \n
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (API integrations, prompt engineering, agent workflows, RAG systems) \n
- Experience shipping AI-powered features to production \n
- Proficiency in 2+ modern programming languages \n
- Familiarity with evolving AI tooling (MCP, A2A, Threads or similar) \n
- Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- Vector databases, embeddings, fine-tuning \n
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred) \n
- Open-source contributions or visible AI side projects \n
If you want to help shape a consultancy that’s genuinely transforming around AI, we’d love to speak.
