Human Resources Business Partner

We're partnering with a market-leading, high-growth organisation to appoint an HR Business Partner to join their expanding People team on an initial temporary basis, to start asap.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist, Senior HR Advisor or Junior HRBP looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, commercially focused business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the UK, providing expert people support while contributing to wider organisational growth and transformation initiatives.

The Role

As a trusted HR partner, you'll:

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers.
\n
• Support a broad range of employee relations matters.
\n
• Partner with specialist teams across Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development and HR Operations.
\n
• Support organisational design, workforce planning and business change programmes.
\n
• Use people data and insights to inform decision-making.
\n
• Contribute to talent, performance, promotion and reward processes.
\n
• Support the development and implementation of people policies and initiatives.
\n

About You

You'll bring:

• Experience in a HR Generalist, Senior HR Advisor or Junior HRBP role.
\n
• Strong employee relations experience.
\n
• The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
\n
• A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
\n
• Experience working in a fast-moving, evolving business environment.
\n
• Insurance or financial services ideally
