Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Forest of Dean

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager on behalf of our client based in Forest of Dean.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the warehouse team
\n
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
\n
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control processes
\n
• Ensure warehouse systems accurately reflect stock movements and inventory levels
\n
• Coordinate deliveries between ports, external warehouse locations, and site
\n
• Monitor KPIs and use data to improve operational performance
\n
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes and systems
\n
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
\n

About You

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and driving operational performance.

Essential Experience:

\n
• Previous Warehouse Manager or similar leadership experience
\n
• Proven experience leading and developing teams
\n
• Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations
\n
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational change
\n
• Advanced Excel skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
\n
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or MES systems
\n
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
