\nWe are working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join its established team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied private client caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues within a supportive and collaborative environment.
\nTypical duties for the role will include:
\n- \n
- Managing your own private client caseload. \n
- Handling wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney matters. \n
- Advising clients on estate planning and succession matters. \n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships. \n
- Supporting the continued growth of the private client department. \n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm. \n
The successful candidate will have:
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced non-admitted private client practitioner. \n
- Experience handling a private client caseload. \n
- Strong experience across wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney. \n
- Excellent communication, drafting and client care skills. \n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach. \n
- STEP membership or Accredited Lifetime Lawyer status would be advantageous. \n
