Junior Food Technologist

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Junior Food Technologist. This is a permanent role based in Somerset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing kitchen equipment, ingredients and stock to prepare samples for customer submission.
\n
• Keeping the NPD kitchen compliant with health & safety standards.
\n
• Preparing food samples for customer submissions to meet deadlines.
\n
• Organising and carrying out shelf-life testing panels and documenting results.
\n
• Supporting the wider NPD team with day-to-day tasks, administration and market research.
\n

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in food.
\n
• Fully computer literate, with good Excel skills.
\n
