Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Manchester - Up to £75,000

A leading national personal injury and clinical negligence practice is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its Manchester team. The Clinical Negligence Solicitor will handle complex, high-value clinical negligence claims in Manchester, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on both litigated and pre-litigation matters.

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims
\n
• Supporting progression of files from initial instruction to settlement or trial
\n
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal documents
\n
• Reviewing medical records and liaising with medical experts
\n
• Developing case strategy based on evidence and liability assessment
\n
• Attending hearings, CMCs and settlement meetings
\n
• Providing clear, client-focused legal advice and updates
\n
• Maintaining strong client relationships throughout
\n

About You:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with clinical negligence experience
\n
• Defendant or claimant background considered
\n
• Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills
\n
• Confident reviewing medical evidence and working with experts
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication and client care ability
\n
• Able to manage multiple complex cases effectively
\n
• Commercially aware and motivated to progress
\n
